Woo Hoo - finally able to increase my deadlift to 52.5kg!!!! Have been sitting at 50kg for a while so I'm a bit excited. Small steps.....

Food intake has been pretty good and far better if I plan my meals. Almost 3pm, danger time for me especially if I'm home doing paper work. So i'm posting here now, if I'm hungry I CAN EAT MY BOILED EGGS AND VEGIES and/or the really good pink lady apples that I bought the other day. There I said it and now I have to follow through.
