Just made vanilla spice protein bars to kickstart my (as the reality shows would say) "journey" to my newnormal. Fit and fabulous by my 30th birthday.

First weigh in is this saturday and I will be equal to or less than 66.8kg. I worked out that if I weight myself every 10 days and stick to a very slow and gradual weight loss I can be 60kg by October 27 2010. I then have almost 2 months to practise maintaining that weight until my weigh in on my 30th birthday!!

Here I go.........................

  2. Thanks, tend to approach my health in a secret way not telling anyone my goals etc, thought a blog might make me a bit more accountable. Now I know I'm being watched ;-)

    Definition of insanity, trying the same thing over and over again expecting a different result...
