DAMN!!

Weighed in this morning and I have gone up this week to 68.1kg!! I haven't been that heavy for a while and it shocked the hell out of me. I had been pretty good this week and exercised everyday and yeah there were a few hiccups so if I stayed the same I could understand. But to increase?????? It better bloody be a lot of fluid!!!

After a little sook, I've sat down a planned the weeks food and just returned from the supermarket. I've got a bit if catching up to do!

Woo Hoo - finally able to increase my deadlift to 52.5kg!!!! Have been sitting at 50kg for a while so I'm a bit excited. Small steps.....

Food intake has been pretty good and far better if I plan my meals. Almost 3pm, danger time for me especially if I'm home doing paper work. So i'm posting here now, if I'm hungry I CAN EAT MY BOILED EGGS AND VEGIES and/or the really good pink lady apples that I bought the other day. There I said it and now I have to follow through.

Just made vanilla spice protein bars to kickstart my (as the reality shows would say) "journey" to my newnormal. Fit and fabulous by my 30th birthday.

First weigh in is this saturday and I will be equal to or less than 66.8kg. I worked out that if I weight myself every 10 days and stick to a very slow and gradual weight loss I can be 60kg by October 27 2010. I then have almost 2 months to practise maintaining that weight until my weigh in on my 30th birthday!!
